Celebrate Black History Month Across Long Island Through Food

This years Black History Month 2020 theme is “African Americans and the Vote,” in honor of the 150th anniversary of the 15th amendment, giving Black men the right to vote, and 100 years after the 19th amendment, which gave all women the right to vote.

As we reflect on the achievements and struggles faced by Black people in the United States, we encourage you to vote with your dollar and support black-owned eateries.
